Observation

The Elephants room has a cabinet accessible to children that has an opened bag of potting soil in it. The storage room just outside the kitchen was open and the laundry room which is also used for storage is unlocked and there is no other method to prevent children from accessing the room. Lions room closet is accessible to children. The Elephant room has a broom and a mop with cleaning solution attached in the classroom and accessible to the children. There is a broom in the Lions room accessible to the children.
